zzzzzzzzz….

I guess the title of this post says it all. I just came back from the beautiful island of honolulu. I had the time of my life, The thing is I love walking and taking in the sights, and honolulu has a lot of that. My hotel is about 15 mins from waikiki beach when walking and boy did I walk and walk. I walked for hours and it seemed so fast. Its the first time i swam on a beach of different country. Ive been to the Island of Boracay and I must say waikiki is no match to Boracay’s beach front but waikiki offers something boracay doesn’t have. P-R-I-V-A-C-Y. I felt at peace while walking the crowded sidewalks of waikiki. Seeing people so relaxed, watching the street performers from kids defying body physics to the spray can artists painting vivid images one can only imagine in their dreams. I never had a dull moment in waikiki.

So there I was sitting down at a bench beside an old couple obviously enjoying the view (because sunset was coming) when the old man got up and started to take a picture of his wife when I as a true filipino gentleman offered to take their picture. So they said “sure, thanks a lot” and handed me the camera, as I backed down, I jokingly started to run as if imitating a robber with their camera and jokingly said “and I RUN!!!” then immediately said “just kidding”. Man you should have seen the reaction of the old lady. The couple just couldn’t stop laughing. haha, sorry I know it was kind of lame but that really made my day. priceless
